Meet Dr. Marc Yarascavitch
Leading the way at Algonquin Orthodontics is Dr. Marc Yarascavitch, a distinguished orthodontist with a rich background in health sciences and dentistry. Dr. Yarascavitch embarked on his journey in the field of health sciences with an Honours B.Sc. from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, in 2004. During his tenure at Brock, Dr. Yarascavitch was deeply involved in academia and student life, serving as a Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, Brock Student Ambassador, and an active member of the health sciences student council.
His passion for dentistry led him to the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Dentistry, where he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2008. Dr. Yarascavitch's leadership and commitment to the dental community shone brightly throughout his studies. He was elected class president each year, contributed as a student member of the Faculty Council, participated in the dean of the dental school's search committee, served as a clinical peer mentor, and organized outreach programs.
